Merry Christmas!

Hello stranger!

It's been a mighty long time since I've checked in here. I hope all my blogging friends are doing well and I wish you all a very Merry Christmas and a happy and healthy 2011. The more snow we get, the more I miss my cheerful flower garden! :O)

Hope all is well in your world - happy holidays...

Ho Ho Ho and Hi from Johnnny. Our snow gardens are doing well. Our crop of snow is growing. Flood forecasters are already talkin bout the Flood of 2011. We need a diversion...from that awful subject. How bout the next season of American Idol...without Simon?

Hey Beth,

So glad to hear from you. I've been wondering how everything is up your way. Everything here is okay. Tough year actually. Hopefully 2011 will be better.

Merry Christmas to you and your family. Stay warm. Hope to see you more in the coming year.

Johnnny: I'm actually looking forward to the new lineup on American Idol. It's J-Lo and Steven Tyler!

Susie: Here's to a better 2011. Sorry to hear you've had a tough stretch. :O( Hang in there! Thanks for stopping by the blog.

Hi Beth: I love nigella and last year I didn't plant any - which was odd because I really did like them - although they are very short lived around here. I'm thinking about trying the rose colored next spring. Thanks for commenting.

Same to you Connie - I bet you're not missing those North Dakota winters?! We're supposed to get walloped by two storms this weekend. Ugh. Happy New Year!

“When I was introduced to Mr. Lee Ben ( A Loan Officer), I was entering the market as a first time home buyer. My needs were a bit different and I had loads of questions, before he sent me my pre-approval letter, he called to speak with me about what it meant and what could change. He made himself available to me at pretty much any hour via email and texts, he was very responsive and knowledgeable. He’s also very straightforward, I explained to him what my expectations were in terms of closing time and other particulars. He said he would meet those expectations but he surpassed them. I closed so quickly my realtor and the seller of course were excited about that. But as a buyer I appreciated being walked through the process in a succinct yet thorough fashion. From pre-approval to closing- the journey was so seamless and I consider myself lucky because I’ve heard horror stories about the internet . I recommend A loan officer ben lee contact email: 247officedept@gmail.com & Whatsapp Number :+1-989-394-3740 to anyone looking for a loan in any market. Everything was handled electronically expediently and securely.
